AEIR Clinic Partnership Program
Add a modality that works at the cellular level — and at the margin level.
AEIR's transdermal CO2 therapy is a peer-reviewed recovery and rehabilitation modality with a clear physiological mechanism, a 20–45 minute protocol, and a session-to-retail funnel that compounds over time.
For chiropractic, physical therapy, sports medicine, aesthetic, and concierge practices.

The mechanism
Oxygen your patients are already carrying — delivered where they need it.
AEIR's transdermal CO2 therapy activates the Bohr Effect. As CO2 concentration rises in target tissue, hemoglobin releases its oxygen into that tissue. The mechanism has been taught in every medical school since 1904. What's new is the delivery format — a suit session or a topical paste that a patient can complete in 20–45 minutes, without pressure chambers, electricity during use, or prescription-grade oversight.
Eleven peer-reviewed studies support the mechanism and outcomes. Evidence spans muscle injury repair, microvascular function in diabetic wound care, fracture healing duration, and skeletal muscle function in compromised-metabolism models. The clinical case is mature. The at-home access is new.

Session revenue
AEIR's flagship clinic session price. Eight sessions per day, 22 business days per month, modeled conservatively: $13,198 in monthly session revenue per recovery suite.
8 sessions/day × 22 days
× $74.99 = ~$13,198/mo
Retail attach
Patients who complete a clinic session frequently convert to at-home CO2 Renew Paste ($99 for a 5-pack) or full Flex Kit purchases ($2,799). Session credits carry to product purchases within 60 days, turning trial into ownership.

No competing modality
AEIR does not replace chiro, PT, lymphatic, red light, or dermal protocols. It sits upstream of them — improving tissue oxygenation before or after existing work. Most partners see compounding, not substitution.

20–45 minute integration
Numbers above are illustrative, modeled from AEIR's own clinic price point. Actual partner economics depend on local session pricing, suite count, and staffing. A partnership specialist will walk you through your projected model in the clinical consult.

Integration Patterns
Four integration patterns.
Shorthand protocols our current partners use.
Indication
Post-op orthopedic rehab, soft-tissue repair window.
Protocol
30-minute Flex Kit session 2–3x/week for 4–6 weeks, pre- or post-PT.
Mechanism
Improved tissue oxygenation supports the oxidative capacity that soft-tissue repair depends on (Transcutaneous CO2, skeletal muscle — see Science page).
Retail handoff
CO2 Renew 100ml or 5-Pack for at-home continuation between visits.
Indication
Post-microneedling, post-laser, post-peel recovery.
Protocol
20-minute paste application on the treatment area, within 24–72 hours of the procedure. Follow with a second application on day 5.
Mechanism
CO2 at the dermal layer supports circulation and collagen synthesis where new tissue is forming.
Retail handoff
CO2 Renew 100ml as part of post-procedure go-home kit.
Indication
Hard training blocks, competition taper, between-session recovery.
Protocol
20–30 minute Flex Kit session the day of or day after high-load sessions.
Mechanism
Elevated tissue CO2 supports oxygen delivery to working muscle; research supports improved endurance and faster muscle-repair timelines.
Retail handoff
Flex Kit for the serious athlete; 5-Pack paste for the weekend warrior.
Indication
Chronic joint pain, post-stroke circulation support, peripheral neuropathy, arthritic stiffness.
Protocol
30-minute Flex Kit session 2x/week, or targeted paste for specific joints, 3x/week.
Mechanism
Transcutaneous CO2 has been shown to improve microvascular function in populations where delivery has already failed (diabetic ulcer literature).
Retail handoff
Paste for daily self-care between clinic visits.

Practitioner to practitioner
"The paste exists because I can't treat everyone."
"I'm a chiropractor. I've run this protocol in my own clinic for years, and the bottleneck was always the same — I could only see so many patients in a day. The Flex Kit scaled the suit-based session into a durable home-recovery product, and the paste scaled the mechanism itself. When I bring on a partner clinic, I'm not handing off a product. I'm handing off a protocol I still run every week in Minnesota. I want our partners to see the same patient-level changes I see — faster repair, better range of motion, clearer skin where the protocol crosses aesthetics. If you're a practitioner evaluating this, let's talk practitioner to practitioner."
